When buying products online the most important questions are:

First and foremost, please know we are a legitimate retailer. Samar Imports, LLC is new to the direct to consumer platform but as people we have been in the customer service business for decades and care greatly that we deliver a good product and that we make it easy for our customers to get their stuff.
With the exception of Special Order and our spa products, all of our inventory is stored and processed through a Seko Logistics warehouse in Milwaukee Wisconsin. We picked Seko in Milwaukee because they are an extremely reliable logistics company that ships orders out fast via FedEx and because its in the dead center of the United States, cutting down the delivery time. Most cities get there orders within three days! We have made the process fully automated, fast and easy!
